Please join CATS and her family in Celebration of a Life well lived on Saturday, July 20, at 1:00 p.m. at the Nevada Theatre, Nevada City, California. We have been working on her tribute for weeks, honoring her legacy, with speakers, zumba, songs and music, and a slideshow of her life and times. Last, but not least, we will conclude the Celebration with a dessert reception, recognizing her exemplary baking skills! Virgil was born on June 9, 1944 in Sacramento, and passed away on November 4, 2021, in San Leandro. He was laid to rest in a private ceremony at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon on December 7, 2021, with full military honors.
